SUMMARY
looks like that KDE snap apps which use Qt6 won't appear on Wayland with this error: "libEGL fatal: DRI driver not from this Mesa build ('23.2.1-1ubuntu3.1~22.04.3' vs '23.2.1-1ubuntu3.1~22.04.2')"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any KDE app with Qt6 as a snap (tried with okular, filelight, kcharselect)

OBSERVED RESULT
KDE snap apps won't open in Wayland. But they launch with QT_QPA_PLATFROM=xcb

EXPECTED RESULT
Apps should launch without any issue. 

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0
Qt Version: 6.6.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I use NVIDIA 560 driver series.

kf6-core22 got updated and the issue is fixed.
