Split transactions in transaction report filtered categories unchecked still show up in report that are split transactions. Shows as resolved. Regardless of it being split transaction,deselected categories should not show up in report I dont want it showinf by deselecting. If I want it to show I will select categorized to show in splits. Non split categories dont show up in report, so why should split transactions show deselected categories. Same issue with all versions
When report with splits with expense categories are deselected and grouped by category they do not show as it should be, but when grouped by month or week they do show Also shows when grouped by Account I only want to show gross earnings for paycheck before deductions grouped by month,week, or by account when grouped by category, expenses are excluded as they have been deselected
When you say "all versions" please be more specific, and have you tried a version compiled from master branch? For example, the Development Version Appimage (https://kmymoney.org/appimage.html) ? I know some issues about splits in reports have been addressed, but am not sure if this particular one is included. Next, you say "Shows as resolved." What shows as resolved? If it is an older bug, please include the bug number.
With such a complex description it would be very helpful if you could provide a sample file with a few accounts/categories/reports that a) shows the problem and b) helps us when working on a solution.

I am using Winows 10, Sorry, forgot to specify Have tried 5.13 and Developer 5.1.80 build versions below: 3218 2411 3573 3719 3404 and QT1515. All with same results Somehow after I added attachment. I lost all comments, so I am trying again. I attached Test file "Test.kmy" 4 transactions on individual transactions and 1 transaction with splits categories Income,Ded1,Ded2, and Ded3. Monthly transaction excludes ded1,ded2,and ded3 as it should Split transaction still shows all transactions include excluded in filter
