The TAB key is inconsistent and sometimes fails to access the files and folders area. The bug prevents normal navigation using the TAB key through all Dolphin components and as mentioned, sometimes TAB fails to enter the files and folders area, requiring the user to select the area/file/folder with the mouse. The feeling we have is that Plasma developers only use the mouse and always forget that there are users who use the keyboard a lot to navigate (try to navigate) through Plasma components. I think you need to observe a little more how Windows works with keyboard navigation using TAB to learn a little more from professionals.
