STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Show keyword column
1. Right click a file in details view
2. Add keyword: "Test"
3. Hit F5

OBSERVED RESULT
2. Keyword is not visible.
3. Keyword shows up in the column

Also existing keywords first show up in the context menu (add new keyword) for other items once the view is refreshed.
