SUMMARY
Plasmoidviewer ignores translations included with the plasmoid.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create translations for a plasmoid in contents/locale/
2. Test plasmoid with e.g., LANGUAGE=ru plasmoidviewer -a  package

OBSERVED RESULT
Included translations not applied

EXPECTED RESULT
Translations applied in plasmoidviewer in a manner analogous to LANGUAGE=ru plasmawindowed
