STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make background parser work on something for a longer time
2. Click the up arrow to show the parsing progress details panel
3. Switch to another window so KDevelop is in background

OBSERVED RESULT
Parsing progress details panel is in front of the window that is not KDevelop and is in front of KDevelop

EXPECTED RESULT
Parsing progress details panel should also be behind the non-KDevelop window that is in front
