SUMMARY
After suspend and resume, 2 monitors now only has one slider to control the brightness

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Suspend
2. Resume
3. Brightness slider gone for one of my monitors

OBSERVED RESULT
One slider missing. It appears the NVIDIA GPU connected monitor brightness slider is gone while the embedded Intel GPU driven monitor remains.

EXPECTED RESULT
Both slides should remain like before the suspend

Windows: 
macOS:
