Allow Greasemonkey and userscripts of Falkon core and extensions to bypass CORS.

The Greasemonkey script to render Atom, JSON Feed, OPML, RDF, RSS, and Twtxt feeds, works perfectly on all other userscript managers.

As that Greasemonkey script was specifically made for Falkon, it would be a nice addition to Falkon.
