SUMMARY

I am currently using version 8.3.0 and I would like to download 8.5.0and migrate to it.
I got an error message when trying to download : "Error transferring https://download.kde.org/stable/digikam_8.5.0-Win64.exe.sha256 - server replied: "

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Go to check if new stable version available
2.  vesion 8.5.0 is indicated as available and stable
3.  Clock to download

OBSERVED RESULT
4. Got error message

EXECTED RESULT
4.  8.5.0 version downloaded and ready to be installed

Windows: 10

This was first fixed in digiKam-8.5.0. So it will only work with the download of the next version. Download digiKam-8.5.0 manually from here:

https://www.digikam.org/download/
