SUMMARY
Gamepad 'Nokia GC 5000' has only the default Bluetooth icon and is listed as 'other' instead of the gamepad that it is. 
What kind of identification do you need for making this device known as 'Gamepad'?
In Bluetooth settings I can find the device as:

F4:22:7A:4ACCC:BE

EXPECTED RESULT
A nice Gamepad Icon instead of the generic BT Icon.
