In the Display and Monitor window there is no color range (Full RGB, Limited RGB) setting on AMD video cards, but on a laptop with an integrated video card such a setting is present.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KDE Plasma settings
2. Enter Display & Monitor menu 

OBSERVED RESULT

No color range setting

EXPECTED RESULT

Color range setting is present
