SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open Ekos and start indi server (arrow button) and connect equipment
2.  Stop indi server (button with white square that replaces start arrow)
3.  

OBSERVED RESULT
kstars crashes and restarts

EXPECTED RESULT
whatever services the stop button terminates, end without kstars crashing

Stellarmate OS X, a variant of Ubuntu

I know nothing about Linux, so I cannot offer a crash trace back file mostly because I do not know how to install apps.
