Description Jack 2024-11-28 21:36:19 UTC
[sorry if I missed the proper component]

SUMMARY: I receive an ICS invite in an email, right click on it (in balsa email app) and select Open in KOrganizer. KOrganizer opens but appears not to do anything. (I've tried this multiple times.) Well, I recently did "akonadictl retart" in a terminal, and that terminal was still open and showed the following on my next try: (I assume the first few lines are not relevant)

org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: New notification connection (registered as Akonadi::Server::NotificationSubscriber(0x7f74641824d0) )

org.kde.kgapi: Bad request, Google replied ' "{\"error\":{\"errors\":[{\"domain\":\"calendar\",\"reason\":\"participantIsNeitherOrganizerNorAttendee\",\"message\":\"The owner of the calendar must either be the organizer or an attendee of an event that is imported.\"}],\"code\":400,\"message\":\"The owner of the calendar must either be the organizer or an attendee of an event that is imported.\"}}" '
org.kde.pim.google: Got error: KGAPI2::EventCreateJob(0x5619052ac870) "Bad request."

I'm not an invitee because I received the invite to a dfferent email address that what I'm logged into Google with. However, shouldn't this error get shown to the user by KOrganizer instead of just doing nothing?
