Description Raman Gupta 2024-11-28 01:50:03 UTC
SUMMARY

The digital clock widget has a big delay between when a new event is added in the KDE organizer calendar, and an even bigger delay removing events when an event is removed.

I am using the Google Calendar integration.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hook up a Google Calendar
2. Create a new event
3. Wait for the event to show up in the Digital Clock applet
4. Delete an event
5. Wait even longer for the event to be removed from the Digital Clock applet

Also: the reason I created this as a clock widget issue is that KOrganizer appears to sync with calendar quite quickly. However, even though KOrganizer shows the correct events, the digital clock widget does not.
