About KDE dialog bug report button just goes to bugs.kde.org
About Elisa dialog bug report button goes to https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided&product=elisa&version=24.08.3 correctly.

I see this too - please let me know if this is incorrect, but I believe I'm assigning this to the correct component that is providing the "About KDE" dialog contents (the same opportunity would exist in other apps as well).
