How to reproduce random the random freeze

SUMMARY
When using the cut functionalities to cut a single video into multiple parts, and removing some of them, some clips freeze in the first few seconds.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put a video into a track. (I have done it with a .mkv video)
2. Add a cut at every 10 seconds of interval.
3. Delete 1/2 clip.
4. Remove the space to have every clip next to each others.

Note : removing the space is optional. The issue of the freeze at the first few seconds appears randomly at the start of a clip when the previous clip has been removed. (see attachment)
In the attachment, The first picture works perfectly fine but when removing clips in the second picture, some of them randomly freeze at the start.

OBSERVED RESULT
The first seconds of a "new" clip sometimes work and sometimes freeze for a few seconds. This issue appears in the preview and after a render.

EXPECTED RESULT
The clip should not randomly freeze at the start.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows 10

WORKAROUND
Use proxy clip in preview and render.

What we see in the preview seems to be the same as the render file.
When using no proxy, the freeze is the same in the preview and render file.
When using a proxy only for the preview, it works with no freeze here but the render still freezes for the first few seconds.
When using a proxy for the preview and the render, everything works without any freeze.

Also, this bug appears with the standalone and the installable versions of Windows 10 Kdenlive.
