SUMMARY
I receive the following error when I attempt to download a file and configure kget as an external download manager

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to preferences -> downloads
2. Check "Use External download manager"
3. Enter "%d" in the argument field
4. Attempt to download a file (e.g. https://invent.kde.org/network/falkon/-/archive/master/falkon-master.tar.bz2)

OBSERVED RESULT

Cannot start external program! 
Executable: /run/user/1000/doc/d1856848/kget
Arguments: https://invent.kde.org/network/falkon/-/archive/master/falkon-master.tar.bz2

EXPECTED RESULT
File is opened in kget
