I think this is a duplicate of another post I made. I probably made this and posted it just before the system crashed and I forgot to finish it.
This issue can be closed, sorry for the dupe.

The underlying problem is still unclear and on the other topic I'm trying to figure out what logs would be helpful because this can be reproduced. Other post url is.... https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=496654
