SUMMARY
When scanning photos and videos through a directory, if the last is a video, it is not shown.

2. Follow through the sequence of images and videos using Gwenview
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
The sequence goes from the last image (second last in directory) to the first

EXPECTED RESULT
The final video should be displayed (and is if another image which lists at the end is added)

Hi - I cannot recreate this issue using an up-to-date version of Gwenview (version 24.08.3).

Could you please check whether you still experience this issue on an up-to-date version of Gwenview? If a current one is not available via your Linux distribution's software packages, it may be available through another application distribution source such as Flathub or the Snap Store.

Thanks!

I see the version Ubuntu installs is 21, while the latest is 24. I've
tried removing the standard installation and installing 24 via snap, but
that one hits the old bug of not playing mp4s, for which no reliable fix
seems available. I'll just make sure there is always something after an
mp4 in my file sets.

Are you able/willing to test if you experience it using the Flatpak version, which is also up-to-date?
