Description trenazery.g0xi11a 2024-11-23 10:25:46 UTC
SUMMARY
I am facing a problem where the system hangs when I am running a heavy task, in my case compiling Android applications in Android Studio, and at the same time I get a lot of notifications from Firefox. This only happens on my primary desktop because I have a notebook where I have not faced hangs after notifications yet. The problem is most visible after a system suspend, where I left open Firefox, which after the suspend receive a lot of notifications that cause the system to hang. It is important to say that only the plasma hangs, as other applications run smoothly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run a resource intensive task
2. Receive a lot of notifications through Firefox
3. You will see hangs

OBSERVED RESULT
The system hangs after receiving a lot of notifications under heavy load.

EXPECTED RESULT
The system should run smoothly.
