Description Patrick Silva 2024-11-21 12:32:33 UTC
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a usb flash drive in a new tab
2. click on the tab where the device is mounted
3. close Dolphin
4. unmount the device via Disks & Devices applet in the system tray
5. unplug and re-plug the device
6. open Dolphin - the tab of the re-plugged device is focused, but it has an icon with a question mark
7. click on the device in the Places panel, so it is mounted and its contents are shown in the current tab

OBSERVED RESULT
the tab icon is still the one with a question mark. After restarting Dolphin, I see a folder icon, as expected.

EXPECTED RESULT
the tab icon is correct (folder icon) immediately after mounting the device in the last step
