Yakuake in a precarious state

SUMMARY
When Yakuake's full screen mode is enabled, if it gets closed (F12) and then reopened (F12 again), it results in a broken state. Note the screenshot is on 24.08.3, but this also happens on 24.11.80 as reported by another user.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Yakuake
2. Enable Full Screen Mode (While Yakuake is popped open -- not sure this is 100% necessary)
3. Press F12 (Close Yakuake)
4. Press F12 again (Reopen Yakuake)
5. Behavior observed in the screenshot occurs

OBSERVED RESULT
(See Screenshot)

EXPECTED RESULT
Either one of two things:
1- Full screen mode gets disabled when Yakuake gets closed (By pressing F12), or
2- Yakuake pops back up in proper full screen mode

Might be related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=458293 but it's an old one
