SUMMARY When I change fonts in kwrite it does not take effect after clicking apply > ok. If I close and reopen the document its updated or if I open a new file it is updated. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open a txt file in kwrite 2. Go to settings and change font 3. Click apply > ok OBSERVED RESULT The font in the open txt does not change EXPECTED RESULT The font in the open document should change SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Linux artix 6.11.6-artix1-1 KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0 Qt Version: 6.8.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Did you zoom in the document?

At least when one zoomed once I can reproduce and understand why it is that way.
I can reproduce this if zooming in has been used on that file at all - once zooming has been used (even if the document was manually zoomed back to 100%), font changes are not seen in the document until I go to View > Reset Font Size. Are you able to reproduce this from a freshly opened KWrite/Kate window that has had no zooming applied to it at all, or only once zooming has been used at least once? (To narrow down the scope of the bug)
