SUMMARY and STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Login data entry fails on the monitor OS system automatically loads with.
Must manually choose other monitor and then enter password.
2. Bottom panel does not follow with chosen monitor is set as default  and moved to desired position.
Must set other monitor as default.
