SUMMARY Space+alt opens the system menu instead of activating shortcuts STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Select Clip Studio Paint keyboard layout 2. Use shortcut Alt+Space in that order OBSERVED RESULT Opens up application system menu EXPECTED RESULT Zooms out SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 10 home
Same with a few other alt hotkeys that can't be assigned without conflict. F, E ,V, I, L, R, N, W, H. As alt+F by default opens the file menu from the taskbar. But with an hotkey assigned to Alt+F it does nothing on the first click and on the second click activates the toolbar. The problem being that Alt can't be bound to mentioned keys on top of not working with space.
I'll confirm this, because I think you're right, but I'm not sure if there is anything we can do to fix this in a cross-platform way.
Alt+key is supposed to be for the OS, not applications. As per the CUA standard, and later OS standards. So, yeah, it doesn't work, but nah, we shouldn't try to make it work.
Alt hotkeys works in Blender, they works Clip Studio and in other applications. Shame this won't get fixed.
