STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "System Settings", go to "Mouse & Touchpad" => "Screen Edges"
2. Press Alt+F3 and make the app full screen
3. Check the box next to "Remain active when windows are fullscreen" and apply the changes
4. Use the edge of the screen

OBSERVED RESULT
The action on the edge of the screen does not work. Workaround: switch between desktops. Or remove and re-enable full screen mode.

EXPECTED RESULT
The usual operation of the screen edge

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Yes, I know that this is an extremely minor bug. It manifests itself only if you strictly follow the steps described above. But an ordinary user can check the operation of this function and may think that the function as a whole does not work.
