SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Two screen system environment It does not happen when working with one screen.
2. Open Spectacle or print screen key
3. select a rectangular region

OBSERVED RESULT
the screen moves the content and does get the region you need

EXPECTED RESULT
to select the rectangular region I select

I can confirm this happening on the same version KDE and libs on openSUSE Tumbleweed and three monitors (two separate machines).
