Steps:

1. Press Application Launcher,
2. Select Favorites category and try to move an item to another position

Observed result:
The item is moved but hovering above any icon doesn't trigger any highlighting or automatic selection for categories.

Expected result:
The item is moved and hovering above any icon should trigger highlighting or automatic selection for categories.

Can reproduce. I have to click somewhere else to un-wedge it.
