SUMMARY
After clicking on panel icons, if there was a click animation, they become blurry until you hover over them.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on an panel icon (better with RMB)
2. Move the pointer away

OBSERVED RESULT
Icon remains blurry until you hover over it.

EXPECTED RESULT
Icon doesn't remain blurry.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora Linux 41
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.8.0
Qt Version: 6.8.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I don't have any scaling enabled. I was able to reproduce this on both normal and floating panels, on PC with AMD GPU and on the laptop with Intel's integrated graphics. On the laptop it worked a lot less often for some reason. 
Because of the inconsistency of the animation when left-clicking, it is easier to reproduce with the right clicks.
