SUMMARY
Error message is displayed when a file is dragged to a folder in the Places panel from another dolphin instance.
Error is not displayed when only 1 Dolphin is used.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open 2 Dolphin instances
2. Drag file from one Dolphin to another Dolphin to some folder on the Places panel -> File is moved, but error message is displayed

OBSERVED RESULT
Error message is displayed when a file is dragged to a folder in the Places panel from another dolphin instance

EXPECTED RESULT
No error message is displayed
