Description mk safavi 2024-11-12 17:45:48 UTC
SUMMARY
The current font options menu only allows you to set a single sub-pixel rendering mode.
In a multi-monitor setup, if one of the displays is rotated (or has a different sub-pixel layout) the text looks blurry.

OBSERVED RESULT
A single sub-pixel layout is applied to all the displays.

EXPECTED RESULT
having the option to set the sub-pixel layout for each display individually.

KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0

It's a valid wish, but I'm not sure the software stack we rely on supports this right now.
