SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Spectacle
2. Click on Rectangular Region

OBSERVED RESULT
Both Screens are split with the background of the screen shot being cutoff in each display

EXPECTED RESULT
to select a rectangular region with the correct display layout for the background

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: 
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE tumbleweed
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.8.0
Qt Version: 6.8.0
