Shortcuts considered non-default, default shortcuts changed

With current git master, the old shortcuts are indicated as "non-default" ones in System Settings' Shortcuts KCM, and the supposedly default shortcuts have disappeared or changed. See screen recording.

Unclear when this happened, but it feels recent.

Fixed by
