SUMMARY
Cannot resize the launcher vertically after maximally extending it

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the application launcher. Increase its size vertically to maximum, to the edge of the screen
2. Bring the cursor the edge of the screen to resize it again


OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor does not change to vertical double arrows icon. So resizing it again is impossible

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor should change enabling a user to resize it again
