SUMMARY
spectacle in region capture mode, in dual screen setup, splits both screen in half: left half from left monitor, right left from right monitor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  run spectacle in region mode
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
In dual screen setups, both screens are splits in 2 halves: on the left, part of left screen, on the right, part of right screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Not messing with the screens
