Description awfslot 2024-11-10 18:47:32 UTC
CD-Text is not written to burned disks; that is, no title nor artist. Despite having the options set directly in K3B burn settings. CD-Text is from the Redbook CD Audio Extension in 1996.
The artist and title fields in the temporary inf files are not being populated by the GUI and handed off to the writer.

1. Create a new audio project.
2. Add appropriate file. Add title and artist manually. Save project.
3. Burn disk to blank CD.
4. Select Write CD-Text in burn options. Burn Disk.
5. Play disk in CD player. Artist an title should pop up.

Artist an title should pop up. But do not, as they have not been written per the empty fields in the temporary inf files.
