SUMMARY
Elisa's playlist sidebar collapses the load button into overflow even when it's the only button beside save

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Elisa
2. Shrink the Playlist toolbar to its smallest size

OBSERVED RESULT
The "Load..." button is collapsed into the overflow menu

EXPECTED RESULT
The "Load..." button should remain standalone, since it takes the same amount of space as the overflow menu button

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: EndeavourOS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.8.0
Qt Version: 6.8.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm not 100% sure what the guidelines are for overflow menus in KDE, but it doesn't feel right to me, this should probably only happen if there's at least two items to put in the menu. Maybe it's a technical issue that prevents it from being collapsed into the overflow when other icons are also present if the behaviour with only these two buttons present is fixed?
