Off center pause icon that should be centered.

When I go to export a video I upscale from the 1080P that the project is to 1440p as the YouTube compression algorithm results in a much higher 1080p output when given 1440p even if it is upscaled 1080p this way. My regular clips scale as expected however any images I have that I am using the "Position and Zoom' effect on are not scaling. They remain smaller and crosser to the upper left side of the screen as you can see in the image included. The first time I noticed it i thought I must have just made a mistake and it was not worth going back to fix however when it happened a second time with another video I investigated and found it to be a bug. Fortunately now that I know about it I can work around it until it gets fixed. Perhaps by using 1440p as the project setting.

The "Position and Zoom" effect is known for causing compositing issues. It is recommended to use the Transform effect instead.

Sure. Please check whether all is good with the Transform effect, and if so please close this bug report as "Resolved - Works for me". Thanks.

Apparently I made a mistake while testing with the transform effect. It too has the bug. For now I can work around it by editing with a 1440p project so it does the upscale before the effects are added.
