When using Plastik under Wayland sometimes window decorations don't work the same way as they do on x11. Ill upload a video demonstrating the issue.



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Select Plastik as Window decoration. 
2.  Maximise Settings Window and Close Window
3.  Open Settings again.

OBSERVED RESULT
Invisible/no window decorations

EXPECTED RESULT
Should work

Can confirm in git-master using the steps provided in Wayland

I can't reproduce this with today's git master; I guess it got fixed.
