SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I press the combination Ctrl+Shift+S for "Save as..."
2. Get an error window about the conflict with another command. "Save as..." doesn't work. (attachment)
3. Check the settings shows that the combination is correct and there is no command with the same shortcut.
4. Reappointing the shortcut does not change anything. The error remains. (attachment)

OBSERVED RESULT

Error message and nothing else.

EXPECTED RESULT

A "Save as..." window.

Ctrl+Shift+S works if I remove ctrl+s from settings. But then Ctrl+S does't work.
