OBSERVED RESULT/EXPECTED RESULT

At system startup, log in/log out, the panel shrinks into a small cube. I must enter the edit mode to correct it. Attached a screenshot of it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a panel with 'Icons-Only Task Manager' and maybe with 'Application Launcher'.
2. Restart system to see the bug.

This looks like a duplicate of bug 489086, which may have been fixed with recent bug fixes to the task manager and panels related to sizing
The bug fixes are going to be shipped with Plasma 6.3. Please make a comment in the other bug report if you are still able to reproduce this when your system updates to 6.3. Thanks!
