the glitch after closing the apps

hello developers
the issue happens mainly with Firefox (a lot) and steam saw it once with Konsole
start to see the issue after plasma 6.0 to this date 6.2.3 happen with fedora 40/41 and arch Linux
does not occur in other desktop environment to see the issue and how to reproduce watch the video in attachment ty
