I am confused. The image you attached shows a problem in the neon packaging, not a flatpak update. Which is it?

Correct, it was giving me an error from Flatpak, but now it's giving me an error with practically every update, it's strange, I update and restart as usual, but when I start the system again the same packages appear again as if they had not been updated or installed and every time I start the system now it notifies me with this error and I hit repair and it gives me an error and says that the system could not be repaired.

the packaging error shown in the popup is definitely now fixed, will investigate the flatpack side of things
