SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock a screen.
2. It randomly does not accept a password. 

OBSERVED RESULT
It randomly does not accept a password. I can log in only using a "switch account" option or restart PC.

EXPECTED RESULT
System accepts a password every single time.
