The top flags are fine, the lower are (AR)A which translates to Argentinian Flag + A.

SUMMARY
Unicode Regional Indicators are wrong.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Settings
2. Keyboard
3. Layouts
4. Add a layout

OBSERVED RESULT
The list shows a mixture of regional indicators and flags when there is no relevant flag.

EXPECTED RESULT
Show flags only or no flags when there's not applicable flag.
