SUMMARY
After upgrade to KDE Plasma 6.2.2, activating a maximized window by clicking on its title bar makes the window jump off the screen. This only happens if I click on the right part of the title bar, and the closer to the window buttons, the more chance there is that the window will jump off the screen. Please see the attached video.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Maximize any window (e.g. Kate)
2. Activate another window
3. Try to activate the first window by clicking on the right part of its title bar.

OBSERVED RESULT
The maximized window demaximizes and jumps off the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
The maximized window stays put.

Does it happen in a new clean user account with no customization?
