Try maximizing or "de-maximizing" the window OBSERVED RESULT The background flicks for one second when maximizing and "de-maximizing", blur is disabled and you can see through it. I can not reproduce 100% but sometimes. In addition when resizing the window it is transparent.
Do you have wobbly windows enabled?
(In reply to David Redondo from comment #2) > Do you have wobbly windows enabled? No modifications were made. Plasma is set with its default configuration.
(In reply to David Redondo from comment #1) > I can not reproduce 100% but sometimes. In addition when resizing the window > it is transparent. I can reproduce that when I have the wobbly windows enabled. It doesn't happen when it is not enabled. By the way, the bug is less prominent when resizing through the window decorations. It is very frequent when maximizing by dragging and dropping the window at the top of the screen.
Can confirm. This happens 100% reliably for me on maximization.
