Screenshot of File -> Create New

SUMMARY

In Dolphin, the "Create New" function is completely broken. Instead of the choices it used to give (create new text file, new directory, etc), it now shows all the files and directories in my Home Directory in a scrollable list that fills my screen from top to bottom! This happens with both the "File" Menu "Create New" and in Right Clicking and hovering over "Create New" anywhere in the portion of the Dolphin window that shows all the files.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In Dolphin, select "File -> Create New" or right click in the file listing area and hover the mouse over "Create New"

OBSERVED RESULT
All the files and directories in the user's home directory are shown in a list that goes from the top to the bottom of my screen. Screenshot attached.

EXPECTED RESULT
I should be given the choice to create a new text file, directory, etc.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0
Qt Version: 6.8.0

Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor
Memory: 15.5 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 560 Series

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This breakage seems to be relatively recent. It used to work well for me not long ago, but I can't place when it broke exactly.

Thank you for the quick response! I must have removed my Templates directory. Simply creating a new empty Templates directory has restored proper functionality.
