SUMMARY
When I open passworded PDF and dismiss password prompt, Okular main window does not have focus and focus is returned to application that opened Okular.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin and navigate to folder with passworded PDF
2. Open PDF
3. Okular shows prompt to enter password
4. Press ESC to dismiss prompt
5. Click OK to close alert
6. Press Alt+F4 to close application

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin is closed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Okular is closed.

Works for me under X11, can you try if that works for you too?

Hi. Sorry for late answer. Yes, X11 works fine, so issue is only in Wayland session.

I just noticed that same thing happens also when you enter correct password. Okular shows popup, which has focus and when you either dismiss prompt or enter correct password, focus is moved to application in the background, not to Okular document window.
