SUMMARY
Side panel in Merkuro Contact covers search bar when scrolling.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Merkuro Contacts
2. Add enough accounts and resize window small enough for side panel to not be able to show all groups
3. Scroll the sidebar up and down

OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling side panel is rendered over the search bar.

EXPECTED RESULT
Search bar in header is rendered over the scrolling side panel.
